Position Description:

Our Client is seeking additional physicians, with experience in pain management, to join their group. The current complement of physicians come from a number of specialties including: Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehab, Neurology, Family Medicine, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedic Surgery. The physician will have their own medical assistant and have the flexibility to work out of 2 to 3 rooms. A full time physician can expect to see 25 patients per day with an average of 4 patients per hour. Physicians who have joined this group have benefited from a high patient flow, an attractive split, high income potential and a track to partnership. In addition, clinics boast a full administrative support staff; a clinic manager, regional manager, financial manager, IT, Sales and marketing; handling all administrative functions including billing.

Remunerations:  FFS split 70/30

Qualifications:

Qualified physicians should have or be eligible to have the change of scope of chronic pain by the CPSO and be able to practice comprehensive pain management including ultra-sound guided procedures and anatomical nerve blocks.
In accordance with immigration requirements, preference given to Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents.
US Board Certified Physician are eligible for independent license in Ontario
Physicians with Royal College Approved Jurisdiction eligibility eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO
Physicians that have successfully completed the RCPSC specialty examination via the RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route and hold the MCCQE1 exam are eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO.
